Educational Award for Allied Health Professionals

MSCO is dedicated to advancing excellence in cancer care across Minnesota through the continued education and professional growth of Advanced Practice Providers, pharmacists, and registered nurses. By investing in the development of these essential members of the oncology care team, MSCO aims to strengthen the future of patient-centered cancer care throughout the state.

To support these efforts, a subcommittee of the MSCO Board of Directors will review submitted applications and select up to five (5) recipients to receive a $2,000 educational stipend. This award may be used to attend a professional conference, meeting, or approved educational course of the recipient’s choice, including but not limited to Best of ASCO, ASCO, ACCC, HOPA, ONS, and other relevant professional development opportunities. Funds may also be applied toward specialized coursework, such as bedside ultrasound training, advanced EKG courses, or similar educational programs that enhance clinical practice.

Recipients are eligible to receive this award once every two years.

Application Guidelines

• Submitted no later than Friday, July 31, 2026
• Submissions can be electronically through the MSCO website portal or via email to aimpellizzeri@oss-oncology.org
• Includes all required contact information and completed responses to each application question
• Is submitted by a current MSCO member in good standing
• Previous recipients are eligible once every two year

This competition limits winners to apply once every two years.
